Our capable NRW staff coordinates many functions for Revolution and our direct import customers:

Order Confirmation
All purchase orders whether the products ship direct to our customers or to fulfill inventory at our three distribution locations. NRW staff works closely with each vendor to confirm Inspection Dates, Estimated Departure (ETD) and Estimated Arrival (ETA) Dates.

Order Follow-Up
Throughout the manufacturing process our staff is in contact with the factories. Periodic inspections and status calls reduce order delays.

Factory Inspections
Prior to shipment our QC staff executes a four-point inspection for all products which include:

Outbound Logistics
We plan every facet of the logistics process, from inland freight, container consolidation, ocean freight and customs clearance.

Vendor Base
We have many existing relationships. All our sources have been extensively vetted. As part of our supply chain, we can ensure consistent quality and on time delivery. Our vendor base convers many manufacturing disciplines:
