VP of Operations

Revolution Supply Co, Inc. (Santa Ana, CA) needs VP of Manufacturing Operations: Oversee the execution of manufacturing, materials, procurement and logistics and manage the production from early-stage product development to commercial manufacturing, owning the ramp up to production taking a product from prototype to production. Determine operations and manufacturing strategies to ensure attainment of financial and strategic goals, translating strategy into tactics, priorities and resource requirements. The VP will also be responsible for outsourcing strategies and partnership management to achieve successful outcomes. Help vice president of sales with forecasting and running MRP (material requirements planning) with production planner and purchasing manager. Improve utilization of ERP system and establish consigned inventory programs with key suppliers. Identifies, compares, selects, recommends and implements technology/infrastructure solutions to meet current and future need. Logistics strategy and oversight of supply chain management activities to deliver products to market within defined quality and cost standards. Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute business plans and budgets and be accountable for achieving operational and financial targets. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing and supply chain operations. Manage relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply of raw materials and components.

Education: Must have at least a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.

Special Requirements: 2 years of experience in PTC Creo, DFX (Design for Excellence), systems architecture, Asana, Trello, GSI Standards, 3PL, Amazon FBA, ERP, and Dynamics 365 BC.

Salary: $128,794.00
